Fifty people standing behind the research
It's bigger than just the newsletter
The Weekly Roundup is read by over 2,500 people in mission organizations and churches worldwide. But it's just the tip of the iceberg.
Underneath it is a full-time missionary research ministry. We help global movements grow in wisdom, equip field teams to ask better questions, and help the global Church see more clearly.
What we actually do
- Answer strategic research questions
- Build the internal research capacity of movements
- Surface gaps in the work among unreached peoples that might otherwise be missed
Each year we field more than 100 questions from mission leaders. Some are simple—“Where do I find this language list?” Others are deeply strategic: “What's happening with this people group?” or “Have you seen this trend?” In some cases, our answers have helped entire teams refocus toward more neglected fields.
Your gift unlocks a week for everyone
Most weeks, the full Roundup—including my Weekly Column—goes only to premium subscribers. When you join the Core 50, we take one week and open it to the whole list: every reader, free, column included. That issue carries a line at the top saying the week was unlocked by a partner.
The credit is yours to choose. We can name you in thanks, or say simply that the week came from a partner who asked not to be named. We'll ask you before we print anything, and either answer is a good one.
So a Core 50 gift does two things at once. It sponsors the research behind the Roundup for a year—the scanning, the questions from field leaders, the digging that never shows up in a byline. And it puts one week of that work in front of thousands of people who would not otherwise see it.
Standing with us
We're praying for 50 people to give $1,000 a year, or $85 a month. These are our strategic patrons—the ones who make the work possible. We don't charge for research. We give our time freely. That only works because others stand with us.
Tax-deductible. $1,000/year or $85/month.
You won't get tote bags or mugs. But you'll be part of something rare: helping mission leaders see clearly, act wisely, and stay faithful to the hard edges of the harvest.
Thank you for reading—and for considering standing with us.
